If you have one then you'll have filled out a 15ish page packet that included all the information about you from 7 years prior including residences jobs family members and criminal record with unique references for each place you lived and worked

I had to do it for Fire Fighting and EMT work, live sacanning. Im as clean as they come...anyhoo i passed.
