I'm thinking about purchasing a G&P M500 Handguard however on Redwolf it said it only fit on a TM M4 or a G&P M4 but I have a CA M4.

There are TWO different G&P M500 hand guards. The old ones, not that good, were meant to fit TM hand guard and barrel assemblies. The new ones with rechargeable batteries, the one you are looking at, will fit CA front ends.
