EYE PROTECTION

Mar 1, 2008 4:40am
Ok, so when it comes to eye protection I bought a pair of sealed CA goggles, and created some vents to aid in keeping them from fogging up, but they still fog up, I wear glasses, and weat the goggles over my glasses, any recomendations on any other eye protection besides a full face mask, or goggles

Buy a pair of ESS Land Ops and rip out the foam over the vents. You'll do fine. I wear prescription too.

I have the Oakley A frames for ORD. They are nice, but you need to be VERY careful cleaning them as they scratch VERY EASILY. I have a pair of Oakley Flack Jackets for every were else. I love those things!

ESryan, are they the sand/wind/dust goggles? Because those type og goggles are NOT impact resistant. The lenses should have a ANSI Z87.1 marking on them.
