Just a little food for thought. I'm old enough to have been around when skateboard parks were a big deal... the first time (1980's) They died a sudden death due to liability. They couldn't charge enough to cover insurance and all other operating expenses, and still get skateboarders to use the parks. In other words, an unworkable business model. You probably know that a lot of the cities now have skateboard parks. The cities are not liable, the individual is, or his/her legal guardian. Lawyers have a profit motive just like any other red-blooded American. They look for deep pockets. Let's keep our collective pockets shallow.
