ok i got 3 ca guns a cqb,scar and g36c. i got 9.6v batteries and i heard its a must to have MOSFETS for 9.6 and higher. so is this really true? mind you all my gun are stock for right now...

I use a 9.6 a 9.6 and nothing is wrong with my gun.

You shouldn't have a problem with your SCAR and M15. I've had very few switch related problems with newer Ver2 gearbox CA guns. CA version 3 gearbox guns(ak/g36) are notorious for burning out switch assemblies. Especially with 9.6v batteries.
