I am not usually able to make it out to games, but what games I can attend, I would be more than happy to help clean up afterwards. Stick a hefty bag and a pair of latex gloves in my hand, and I'm your guy. :wink:

Who is going to pay for insurance? I have and am currently a member of several Non Profit groups, that have insurance and all require dues to help cover insurance. At the price tag of 6-7k a year if not more, who is going to foot the bill? Do you honestly think that you can get a sponsers to cover that?

As for flyers, once we get some, I can put them up at my school, and I'll ask my local airsoft/paintball shop if I can put a few flyers outside their store, and/or give them a stack so that if anybody buys an airsoft gun there, they can give them a flyer and the new gun buyer will have somewhere to play. The same could be done at AEX, or any other airsoft store, in case the buyer hadn't heard of Sacair before.
