I haven't listened to the sound since i'm in class but the video looks good.

It sounds and looks like it should work. But it has been a while since I last trained for actions like that.
If you give to a charity please think of giving to one of these two charities. The Naval Special Warfare Foundation or Navy SEAL Warrior Fund.

Looks very informative. Seem like bases of what was taught to me while learn my martial art forms more a "more modern threat" Don't ever ask me to do it now, I'm too slow and probably be shot twice before finishing the move.

If the assailant were to discharge the weapon (on purpose or by accident) while you had a hold on the gun, what would that slide do to your hand? At the very least, it seems like it would break your control of the weapon.
