Ok, so I just outfitted my CA scar with a mosfet so it could support my 11.1 lipo and I have a hunch my battery is bad or going bad. The lipo I had sat in my tool box for almost 3 months without a charge, however I did charge it before I put it away. Im not too certain about the process needed to properly store a lipo because, well, everyone's told me different! Some people have said discharge the battery fully on your gun, then charge it and store, or never let it fully discharge or don't charge it for more than a few hours....

I have been running lipos in RC for a while before making the move to them in Airsoft, but the theories are the same.

So should I just be safe and ditch this battery?

yes, look on hobbyking.com or go to a local hobby store and pick yourself up a new battery
