Ok, I had just bought a pdi 150 spring for my jg m16 and it was fairly easy to put in and know how to set the gear to 1 o"clock but it doesn't want to fire.Please help.

When im pulling the trigger, it feels like the little train who could but couldn't. Some time it will pull my piston back and it wont release and sometimes have way.

ok, I will try that, because my stock motor is a fricken beast and the first time i had the spring in, I had 24 rnd burst in 2 seconds and sounded fantasic. I will try that.

What do you mean by tight shimming? Do i need to set the shims different? Because from the first 24 burst, I did 1 excellent job shimming. I couldn't hear the gears move unless some one put the gearbox to my ear when im sleeping.

Screw the gearbox together when you check the shimming. sounds like you shimmed it to tight or your piston is off track.

When the gear box was never opened? Well when i tried the stock spring it wouldn't go either. If it a motor problem, I would love to find a decent, strong motor with a rof of 19 a sec for 50 on ebay or other.

Its possible shims could have been misplaced and its now too tight. Possibly.

ok, if that doesn't? What motor would you suggest getting. I would like some thing with great rof,Not like the systema my friends wouldn't play , but with 18-25 rof.

PDI have different spring rates than a other springs. If memory serves a 150 should be close to a SP100 or a M100 from systema or guarder. Be sure to uses a metal spring guide with a bearing with PDI springs.
