So I talked with Blaino about this briefly today. Time and time again parents will drop off their kid/kids at games and just take off. I'm talking kids under the age of 16. Who is responsible for these kids? I know I'm not. I think if you are under the age of 16, you MUST have a parent/guardian with you that has a vehicle to leave if necessary. An older brother that drives is cool to me.

ya know i worked at KB toys for a christmas, and ill tell you i had alot of parents dropping thier kids off and tehn contiue to shop elseware in the mall. Kids from as young as 3 (yeah seriously) to 13 or so. I cant tell you how many times we called the cops and had cps come down and take the kids. We had one cps lady show up, when we had a 5 year old girl playing with barbies. she waited for the mother, we had mall security page her. She showed up 3 hours later, turns out she was shopping at the mall accross the street (stockton has 2 large malls directly across the street from eachother). THat one was great and i got to testify agisnt her at the child hearing. So on that note, im totally agisnt parents dumping kids off with out even a word.

This is why waivers should be handed in by an adult and not the minor themselves. Some parents don't realize or don't care and sign just about anything. By having them hand it in person to the admin of the field, the admin can talk about game times, contact information and such in person. Also informing the parents of when the should end approximately.

I see no reason parents can't supervise their children - Jeepy Jay - His dad went to every game and read a book, but he was there.

I have a 12-13 year-old kid who is the son of my senior pastor who would like to come out this Saturday. He has already attended one CamoRocks game with me and his is quite mature for his age.
I have always acted in self defense, occasionally pre-emptive self defense.
