need an ugly gun
well as many of you probably no bye now, im just sum nub in the world of airsoft who has done his hw but still has a couple questions. I am probably goin to order an stti socom nbb pistol within the next 2 or so days from jt, but i am also looking into aeg to ask for for x-mas. now this is where i have enecountered a big problem. my parents are completely anti gun/anti war people (my mom lost her brother to viet-nam), but respect my interest in guns. I have been seriously into paintball but recently i have found my self at a lack of funds, and as i expect to return to pb at a constant basis later, i would like to start airsofting (more than just big-5 springers in the back yard) on the side. So that brings me to where i am now. Do to my parents anti gunness, i havin been looking into replicas such as the p90 and g3 sas. but since tm has suddenly stopped makin p90s for sum odd reason im stuck with the g3, however i am still worried that my parents will feel that that looks to viscous so i'd aprreciate any ideas of guns or ways to mod them so that they dont look to "evil". I no that i could tape them up neon or sumthin, but i'd prefer that it looked unrealistic to betgin with.
The P90TR is still easily available and looks just like the P90, minus the red dot sight. That's probably your best bet. Last time I was at Fortress Hobby, Vincent had 2 of them in stock.
mp5k's are cute
HeadOnTactical.com
how much do you think the p90s are running for at fortress hobby, cuz i doubt my parents will be willing to drop anything over 250 into a gun, so i feel im limited to asking for them if they rnt online
The P90 TR is under $250, and Vincent can be very accomodating if your parents pay cash.
Here is the website for Fortress.
LCB Army is selling an MP5SD for 250 in a package.... great deal. Has plenty of orange on the silencer left... you know how retarded the orange tips look, so it's a great deal.
Tree down. Repeat, tree is down.
Actually if you want to claim space gun, go for a Thompson with the Alien Pulse Rifle kit on it :D Although that would cost you so much money. You might as well stick with paintball, because after you add the $200 for a thompson, $300"?" for the pulse rifle kit, extra mags, and batterys you'll have almost enough for a year supply of Paintballs and Co2.
Just wanted to suggest the Styer Aug. It looks cool, and kinda unreal, even though its been around for 20 years and its an awesome airsoft gun.
WAR IS PEACE.
Ive got a p90 very small and plasticy, like the real gun should do with you parents
"As I walk throught the valley of the Shadow of Death I have no fear, because I am the meanest mutherf***er in the whole valley."
P90 slightly to big to put in a pocket but an mp5 k would fit under a jacket

The point isn't the size of the gun, but rather the looks. His parents don't like guns, so the less realistic the gun looks, the better. In all honesty, the G3 SAS, even though it's a fake gun, still looks way too real. The P90 is the least "realistic" looking gun. Unless you actually know what it is, you would assume that it's a fictional weapon. The Steyr AUG might also pass, as previously stated, but I think it still looks more realistic than the P90. The FAMAS SV is definitely a great option for a weapon that looks non-threatening.
It is currently against the law, to have, hold, Replica Weapons "AirSoft included" in view of the public. This includes Doorways, Parking Lots, Front Yards, Streets, Stores. Even if you have blaze orange tips on the end of your gun. The bill "was" passed. If you search the forum you will find many debates and discussions about the Bill and Law.
hey Ferg, it is not "hold" within public view, it is "brandish", meaning to gesture threatenly.
Seek the Narrow Gate, for the path is broad and the gate is wide that leads to destruction.
