Ross Arbuckle was just in the shop(AEX) and stated that he plans on going to the games and telling whoever says he cant to piss off.

This guy is like jock itch.

So he is banned?

To my knowledge he is perma-banned.

If he decides not to go....... how about have a Ross vs. Everyone game. Send Ross out by himself and then have everyone chase after him. If you get shot by Ross, then it doesnt count. Maybe that will motivate him to leave.

Iam sorry that i gave him a break he made me look like a fool so at this point in time i will not let him play at any of my games sorry...

I think ignoring him on the field will undoubtedly leave individuals on the field frustrated, what with "ignoring him." will just leave him doing the same thing, having no regard for rules and mucking up the game.

can we talk the new owners of Ukaus field to ban him

I know them fairly well. I'll send an email explaining the situation, hopefully they'll see that banning him at their field is a good idea also.

IMHO the easiest way is ask the members. List all of his "infractions" in a matter of fact post. Do not make any commentary or slant it in any way. Add a Poll if members think he should be banned forever or given a chance. Disable posting so members can only speak with their vote. Let the poll run for 2 weeks. At the same time contact Ross and tell him that the post has been made and the members of sacair will decide his fate. Tell him he can attend a game when the poll has concluded and if it is in his favor. If it is not he cannot attend and no one will be surprised when games do not begin when he is present.

Need help Ross has contacted me and wants to know if he can play this weekend. Johnny i need you to contact me as soon as you can thanks.

I'm inclined to agree with Andrew on this. We as admins have been given the responsibility to act in the best interests of Sacair. The players are counting on us to make a majority of the tough decisions so that they do not have to and can just enjoy playing a well organized and safe game.

I have pm ross letting him know that we came to agreement to not let him play this weekend so with the help of the other ADMINS we could run a great game and hopefully have a stress free day. I also agree with the no poll .

I just hope everyone steps up when the time comes to tell him he is never going to play with sacair again.

i have no problem telling him, and keep the ban no poll :)
