What replaceemnt motor should i get for my CA M14, the stock "hightorque motor" could not pull my 400FPS spring. Which one should i get. I dont really want to get the magnum motor because its really expensive and ive heard that when a guy put it in his CA m14, it fried because it had too much torque. So which would be best? Also what size motor do i need?

ive heard that the eg1000 will not be able to pull a 400FPS spring that great. Is this true?

Exactly what I would have suggested.

It seems you've heard a fair amount of wrong information.

would it be better suited than the t3k and guarder infitnite, or is that your guys' prefrerance?

You have been misinformed. The TM eg1000 is MORE than enough to pull that kind of a load. The TM motors are often coppied, but NEVER duplicated.

EG1000 motors are always good to go. I have also had good results with Guarder super torque motors. Slower ROF, but good pulling power and trigger response.

but will it turn 400 fps spring using a 2.4v battery?

I prefer to stay away from ICS products.

Alright, I will probably bring my gun into AEX with an eg1000 sometime soon. You guys can install it right, cause i dont want to buck up the soldering and that stuff. My broken CA motor is already off so i think it just needs to be soldered.

Ya, im kinda new to this wierd CA M14 gearbox. The V2s are alot easier for me.

I would either go with the guarder infinite or the eg 1000. Ive heard the Ics 3000 isn't very good. I have the infinite and the trigger response is superb.
