Wow, I wonder if they are as good as the PTWs?

PTW's are nice and all but their hop is a serious shortfall. That shortfall will only be magnified in a clone.
You just got killed by a Daewoo Lanos...How You like me now?
Time to sit back and wait and see. I doubt this will ever come out.

On the 2007 and 2008 PTW's can you replace the hop up?

There are custom hop ups made by users on the ptw forums. But putting in a TM style hop? Nope, PTW uses their proprietary hop unit.

when have you seen any clone with better QC than the original?
Pygmy Militia Group
the jg version 3 aeg's are the only cloned guns ive seen that have anything = to the qc of the tm's there based on.

...oooook first off i said = not better, and while i have obviously not invested money into buying a complete production run form each company to do random tests to verify qc to back up a post i made on sacair( your a little dipsh!T btw) my buddy picked up a jg ver3 g36 that out performs my tm g36 in every respect ecpect I like the texture on my plastic a bit more. Also, i got a jg m4 from evike as a loner gun thats worked out better than my old tm 733 did, (not as much barrel wobel and the motor sounds better). So bearing that in mind, I believe I CAN say that in my experience the qc of ver3 jg and tm are comparible.

Empirical evidence is fine if you can get quantifiable data, but since no one has the money to buy full production runs you have to rely on personal experience to make observations and comparisons, thats all i was saying. But i suppose your right that its not statistically significant without a larger subset of data. Sorry for the name calling btw

So do you think if they were shooting the same average velocity it'd be close to the same gun?

yes if you upgrade a tm it would be the same lol

This guy wrote a review as well. Too bad the pictures are gone. He compared it to the Systema PTW.
