barrels

how much do barrels help the acuarcy of you gun and what kind improves it the most. do long barrels help that much more because i can't teel the diference btween my beta and my friends m16 vn

the biggest benifit out of a longer barrel is having the force exerted on the bb for a longer amount of time, in other words, the sooner it leaves the barrel, the sooner it starts losing energy.

Longer barrels also provide more stability for the bb after it leaves the barrel. However, that's not much of an advantage, as such a light projectile is easily affected by ambient external conditions.
