You could Buy a RS AK rear trunion, and mod it to fit, remove the old rivits and rivet in to place.

I looked at the thing yesterday. I have the skills and tools to do it, but that thing is a mess. You are going to have to grind all the JB weld off, without removing the metal material. Then you will have to add material to the folding stock, shape it, then weld it to the receiver. I would guess that that receiver and stock has a minimum of 5 hours of fab work to get it looking decent.
