Has any had any experiences with a older Kawasaki kx 80 or Honda cr 80 big wheel ( they are both dirt bikes for those who don't know) ? Any troubles with either of them ? All I know is that they are F***ing fast.

I used to ride a 88 KX 80 awesome bike, the carobator died and had to be rebuilt which was super easy and the magneto also died and had to be replaced. The only other troubles I found with it was it flooded easy and you need to clean the air filter after every ride, especially if you ride in super dusty areas.

How bad is the powerband? I had a kx 65 with a snappy power band was actully quite scared. But I found to lean forward and now I've mastered and can pull wheelies in 4th gear. Thats all I hate about the kx series, there powerband is snappy.

Id go for the KX and a bad power band is one that DOESNT snap you back haha. Ya that thing could pop a wheely with my fat ass on it all the way to 4th, Id say go look at the KX over the CR but they are both good bikes,

Ummmm ya it could be on the tad more powerfull side then again considering how well it is running how well yo ride and toehr features can make a bikes dangerousness. When I was 12 I rode a 600 dirt street bike. That thing was a beast but ir ode carfeully and I never really dropped it, then my KX80 I dropped all the time.

Ive been reading reviews and they say the low end power suffers. I have no Idea what that means. Is it torque and power or is it rpm's and speed?

not alot of power in the 1st IE once you get the engine revs really high then it pulls for days. True about that it just means on hill climbs you will be in 1st alot in full throttle.

Im trying to make this thing look snazzy and put some after markets on their. Im just going to use spray paint for the paint job( cheap and effective  ) and I need to have this thing run clean and efficient. Like put in a new filter, exhaust, and some cheap mods. Any suggestions would be great.

I never let my bikes look snazzy I wanted them to look like crap, they ran great. You got to keep the air intakes clean from dust and make sure the spark plug gap is correct. Just treat the engine nice and it SHOULD be nice o you. Also make sure seeing as this is a two stroke that you mix the fuel oil ratio correctly and that you keep a spark arrestor and a good muffeler on it to avoid any noise issues.
