From what I can tell from my sniper aeg project:

THE 22ICE pretty much sumed it up for you the main thing is having to open the gun every few days or weeks to clean the system out if your ok with that you should be fine. make sure you get the high tourqe gears and also a high tourqe motor so it will last you longer.
