i think your dogs just a fuckin retard...lol jk but if you keep up the SAME routine he will eventually learn, i know you want to just beat the hell out of him when he doesnt listen but dont!! it will not help!! if hes a pup he will resent you if you do that.

Try shaking a glass jar or tin can of coins next to him while he's doing the dirt. All that racket bugs the crap out of dogs. The owner of K9-K9 taught us that trick with for our Akita. A great way to discipline any dog. Others may and will differ here so just pick your solution and good luck.
