Trying to work on taking off my front sight, but honestly I have no clue past the simple drop out the pins and remove the flashhider. I have the darn "tactical side sling adapter" in my way and I cant seem to get it off. Any help? Or do I just have to muscle the darn thing off.

Knock the pins out first. There is also a set screw on the underside of the sight that needs to be backed out. Remove the flash hider as well (also backing out the set screw first).

got it off. delete this mods if you want.
