I am a co-leader of an new Airsoft team. We haven't been to any SACAIR games, but we do travel to several events and venues in Northern California. Our current problem is that our numbers are going to dwindle in the next few months, so we need to replensih the ranks. We are looking for responsible, honorable airsofters.

That's it exactly. Plus dude, I don't think you'd have much fun. The team now consists mostly of older guys.
