Spetznatz are some of the most BAMF guys on the planet. They have the highest mortality rate during their indoc and training than any other unit in the world. It has been said that their CQC (weapon melees, and hand to hand combat) can not be rivaled. I definately would not want to **** with one of them.

As Said before, Spetsnaz is a really general term. Many government agencies and military branches in Russia, like the VDV and MVD, each have their own Spetsnaz groups.
