M203 RIS block

I recently came into possession of a CAW M203 RIS. The only problem is the RIS mount for the launcher fell off a long time ago. So, short of zipties I am unable to mount it to my gun, it is obvious there are 2 screw holes where one can be put back on but I am having trouble finding a replacement RIS mount. Anyone know where one can be found?
