Between A Hard and Soft Hop Up Bucking?

So would you use a soft one for a gun shooting 400 FPS or below?

So what would it do if you put a hard bucking in even if your gun only shoots 400 FPS..?

it would most likley lower FPS a tad bit but as it wore out and softend up you would re gain that lost FPS

Soft Buckings are fro AEGs under 350. Anything higher in terms of FPS would tear or increase the time before the bucking fails.

Toughy....I honestly don't know. My Ak is shootin 310 w/ .20s and I currently have a Guarder Clear soft bucking

Hmm.. I plan on getting the Systema Hop Up Bucking at AEX. I dont know if its Hard or Soft.
