It depends on other factors. I have a CA inner barrel in my AK, but due to a custom thing I wanted with my AK, I took off about a inch and a half off the outer barrel. It currently has a M4 lenght 6.04 TB in it, and I'm still shooting the stock FPS of 320 w/ .2s
what spring you using???? might be able to tell you. well in mine i'm using a sp100 and getting about 380 with a Prometheus 6.03 TB. also depends about how good your hop seal is.

It should increase 5-10 fps, but the biggest benefit comes from added range and accuracy, not fps.
then again another big factor is the hop seal. if your hop unit is garbage then the barrel will you no good. 8)
