We do make nice with terrorists or future terrorists all the time but not with people who have explicitly stated they want America wiped from the map

People will keep paying until its between putting food on the table or driving their car. Then things are going to get interesting......

My outlook on voting now is vote for whoever won't support a change in our constitutional rights to something you'd disagree with. A temp change in military funding, how we deal with other countries and things of the like are finite. But taking away gun rights and adding constitutional amendments is much more permanent. That and i'll vote for whoever isn't going to tax me more.

People who think Obama will make drastic changes in America are misguided. He is still influenced by outside parties like every other candidate. He isn't the miracle cure for the economy or the War in Iraq. If thats what your looking for the next president to do then you have a slight wake up call. To support Obama is fine, just don't act like he will solve all the current problems in the US just because he is a "different" type of candidate.

what do you mean by different lol..jk. But seriously I don't think Obama can win because there are enough white people who won't vote for a Black president. Case and point: West Virginia, something like 78% for Hillarity and many people interviewed admitted it was because he is black. The reason he won't make drastic changes is because the president doesn't have enough power to do so and Congress won't go along with it cuz change is bad for them.

Umm, the fact that if you were to ever sit face to face with one of them,

This is true on the terrorists but there are people in the world who are leaders of countries who have said they want America destroyed along with Israel and the western world. We know who they are cuz they make no secret of their feelings and their aspirations of Nuclear weapons to support their beliefs. My point is its pointless to try to reason with them since they hate us on principal because we are different from them.

So, let me get this straight: You guys don't want a president that is willing to talk to enemies of America because you're afraid the president will be in danger?

If he loves this country so much... why is he hell bent on changing it. That's my problem with liberals in general. They can't say nice things about this country, only how bad it is and how it needs to be "fixed" by them.

Bizcuits he offers thousands of US troops their lives that will die if the war continues for another 50-100yrs like McCain says he's willing to stay there.
