so bad that they re-vamped their website and carry spiffy new

I've always had good experiences with them.I have purchased numerous items with out any problems.

Same all my experiences with them where great and fast shipping.

took them 14 days to tell me they had one of my items out of stock and held the shipping on everything else... so i canceled my order and will never use them again.

i like them they r quick but the only problem is u cant return things so make sure you like wat u order

really they didnt let me return my stuff

How long ago did this happen?They might of changed there policy but I know about 5 months ago they refunded me for my items.

about 3 months ago so maybe it changed

I've ordered from evike, without any adverse problems

I have had a good experince but i only buy BB in bluk from them. I know plenty of people who have had VERY BAD experinces with them. I dont use them.

yeah i get that a lot.. about one week out to the month

They are pretty fast and reliable i returned my stuff and got it exchanged.

if you read the front page it says they are beta testing their new e-store format and shopping cart system. that's why things are a bit messed up.

yeah the put that "beta" notation up about an hour after i called them.

I have never had any personal dealings with them. However a few buddies of mine have had horrible customer service with them. Took them a few months to get a part they said they could get within the week. They did not even notify him of this delay. Inspit of this, the real question should be: How bad is Shorty Usa?

shorty aint bad in my opinion, they just overprice stuff and exaggerate there results sometimes. i sent my gas pistol into them which i had bought a couple moths before, and they replaced the part for free and sent it back no problems.

havn't been to that site but reguarding the Western Arms M4...

Stay away from Airsplat and shortyusa.If something bad hasn't happened yet it will happen soon.

I had good experience with Airsplat. First order went fine. They shipped a wrong item to me on the second order, but I contacted them about it and communication was fast. They shipped out the correct item with a return label to me and all I have to do is put the item back into the box and ship it back with the return label on the box.

Oh man I cant remember who this one retailer was...But ya me and Spence ordered some motors from them one time. Well we get a box with 3 cans of green gas and 1 SRC motor (we ordered some eg 1000's) So we call them up, they appologize and tell us we can KEEP all the items, so hey cool not bad. Well they retake the order for free and re ship, so in a a week the order comes in again. This time we get an SRC INNER BARREL, 1 bag of bb's and some other random item. I call them up and was like huh? They applogize, this time ask me to send those items back and once again they retake my order. Three weeks later I get a box with 1 eg1000 and 1 SRC motor again... so I call them up and ask if they look at what they grab or do they just use the force. I get a rude responce this time, so I called Visa and cancelled the order lol. I still walked with like 3 motors and green gas.

any more recent reviews or am I better off with airsoft gi

A few month ago, I ordered a pistol off of Evike, and they sent me the spare parts one. After a week of trying to get through to them, I finally talked to someone and they sent me the gun I ordered and let me keep the spare parts one free of charge. I didn't even have to pay shipping. I also bought a balaclava off of them and they got it to me within two days. I would say that they work hard to make their orders right, and fix it when its not. I would probbly stick to GI though.

I've had many problems with them. And yes, 3 times is a lot to me. They don't tell you if an item is in stock or not or what they will do is ship you a partial order and let you know your other item is on back-order.
