I will be upgrading my gun in the near future and was wondering if the upgrades i would like to get will work for my gun which is an ECHO 1 M4 that i bought used here on sacair and i believe it to have no prior upgrades. the following are what i would like to upgrade it with:

I would also think about installing some steel bushings.Guarder has some good bushings.

if it doesnt already put metal bushings and an upgraded piston/piston head

what kind of fps are you looking at??? That gaurder 140 will put you near 500 if not more. Then your might have to get super torque gears and a better gear box to hold up to a sp140.

thanks for the advise. i didn't think the spring would increase it 150 fps so i changed the spring i want *Updated*

Dude google gaurder spring fps and you will see. Also my 130 was putting my m4 around 460-70. That 140 will put you near what I said. THAT's if you got good airseal in the hop chamber.

systema m130 springs would get you up to 500 FPS with .20g BBs

Might want to put a better motor in it also maybe a Systema super torq motor or a Guarder Super Torque Up Long Motor.Thats all I can think of.

Are you planning on playing with SacAir, private, or big public games (like ord, etc).

If you play with SacAir, and the gun is shooting what you want it to be,over 400 that is, full auto must be disabled.

ok just a heads up...... that GB that's inside the Echo M4 is a non reinforced GB, Chinese Clone all have non reinforced GB's. Now that being said with higher fps that GB will eventually break...... and that would be a pain in the rear. most of the clone M4's that i worked on all have V2 parts non that have different parts. another it would be nice to get a torque up motor and torque up gears. If your going to upgrade this thing might as well do it right. That's my two cents
