Ok so about 4 weeks ago my 02 2.5rs Subaru went poop and started giving me issues. My head gasget blew, the clutch went out my o2 sensor crapped out and a few other things all happened in the span of about 4 days. So I took it to the dealer being it is and was still under the 100,000 mile warretny. So after several days they call me up and inform me that my clutch is on its death bed, my head gasget is blown, and that....cyclinder walls 2 and 4 have very deep scaring due to metal debris found in the cyclinders. So...basically I needed a new engine for it to run right. I was upset to say the least I just paid the dam thing off. So the subaru dealer sends my car warrenty company info about wanting to get me a new engine and the deny it due to my "lack of maintance records" So being the guy I am i fight back and take it to arbertration. After 4 weeks of arguing with them they agree.
