I visited AEX's webiste and apparently they are now sellling chinese clones.

They are at SacAEX right now, red wall.

AEX sure is changing

does this means AEX repairs/upgrades clones?

Well, I've heard that clones have been getting better, but still, $100 for somthing that has a reputation of being a peice of poo? I'd rather grab another 20 bucks and get a sportline. Especialy since they have AKs and P90s comping for the sporty line up.

clones arent that bad i got one and i shot about 3000 rounds and i need a new motor so you get what you pay four but mine is still accurate.

so does AEX repair clones now no one answer me yet.

hopefully the mags work better than the TM ones :lol:

Last i heard AEX had changed it's policy and is now upgrading and repairing clones.

From what I understand on the clones from AEX:

My marui motor over 2 years old, over 5000 rounds through it and still running like a champ.

I don't want to get into an arguement about clones too much, but let me say this:

As much as I love TM guns the clones are not that not bad. YES I SAID IT!!! As sure shot just said his TM m14 ha a ton of rounds through it and NO issues. Will you get that with a clone? I doubt it. For 120$ though...not bad. Man I wish half decent guns wer that cheap when i started playing. Of course this means more people at games good and bad. This also means more people equals more chance of safety issues. Then again this is airsoft and as Agent Orange once said if you want a safe hobbie, go crochet.

The bottom line is you get what you pay for.

Well for my two cents............... IF IF you do get a Clone, and you are or have knowledge of GB and how to take apart airsoft guns then you will be alrite with clones. I just bought the MK12 mod 0 from AEX and out of the box shot aroun 470 fps. I redid a few thing here and there and done deal.

If you don't know how to work on your toy gun don't get a clone. The cost of paying someone else to repair it is too much for how much the gun is worth.
