CAG Progress Report
I'm surprised how well that turned out! That looks like it's just well used.

There are some spots in the back, that the materal rolled on itself, giving small bits of OD poking though the dust. But, I think it should blend well with multicam lol.
Well, sort of an update. Sadly, due to lack of job and need for my funds elsewhere, I'm currently stalled on my CAG impression. The only things I'm missing really, are a PEQ-2, NVG mount, MBITR and pouch, and a aimpoint. Also, my nifty 30 dollar Frogman replica headset has proven to be worth $30 and quit working on me.
Dude I've been stalled on my CAG impression too.

looks good tk, still looks squeeky clean though, I'd paint the holster a little and scratch the helmet up a bit, wear down some of the paint to expose some metal on the nvg mount & dirty up the vest a little :D
OIF 05-06, OIF 2010. E5 11b CIB
The vest is filthy! It just got washed out with the flash lol.
oh ok lol, good deal then!

get something big enough to put the helmet in. Pour some dirt, gravel, grass, twigs, branches, glass, metal shards. Put your helmet in it minus the pads and start mixing!!!

My M4, Thanks to Mike and Ronnie for switching the upper out today. Took them less than 10 min :D Relocated PEQ up top. Looking for a carry handle if anyone has a metal one. I have an EOTECH mount for it. This raised the EOTECH up for a more natural target aquisition position. As seen in the confirmed CAG pics.

Its in Mikes "CAG Gear Guide" Just above the pic with the three operators in MC talking to the Marine snipers. Approx. 3:44 (not SEALs as it says in vid, Delta is organized by Squadrons as per the SAS model it was built on)

Talon, I really appreciate the feedback you gave me. I wanted to share this so everyone can learn from the advice you gave me. I hope you don't mind :)
We'll get all this stuff sorted out before the Ord event. I'll talk to Mike about us meeting up to go through all our gear and bring the rattle-cans :D

I say at the Galt field game this sat. or next. That'll give people enough time to gather up founds/order necessary items before the Ord game.

Gonna bring it up here, (because I forget where Freq made the suggestion) but would it be a good idea to those who can make it, to get a gear check at Galt this saturday?
yeah definitely, this sat sounds good for a meetup if you can make it.
