I recently purchased a Classic Army CA36. I was going to buy a scope for it, but I don't know if there is anything I need for this gun to put a Red Dot Scope on it. The regular scope it comes with is o.k., but a Red Dot Scope would help out my visibility and range. If anyone knows anything, please post.

A red Dot will do nothing for range. I do not know what you mean by visability, but a red dot should allow you to get on target faster than you would with traditional irons. As for the G36...I assume you got the normal G36, and you would need to get a railed carry handle for it, in order to use a Aimpoint, EOTech, or some other red dot.
Thanks for answering my post, but you didn't answer the question. Can I put a scope on the carrying handle or do I have to remove it and buy a G36c rail system to put a scope on my CA36. Also I didn't buy the Classic Army G36c, I bought the G36 that looks like the G36k but with a longer barrel and different flash hider

You have to remove your scope with the integrated sight and replace it with a railed unit.

As said in my other post: "...you would need to get a railed carry handle for it, in order to use a Aimpoint, EOTech, or some other red dot. "
No they are not. The gun I purchased has a carrying handle and an intergrated scope and the g36c has iron sights.

....Read the previous post, as I updated it before you posted.
Im just asking if i can put a scope on the carrying handle of my gun or if I have to take it off. If you don't know, then dont reply. I asked that one simple question and you side tracked by talking about the internals and externals about the guns. I focused on the carrying handle portion of my gun. If you dont know if I can put a scope on the carrying handle, then dont reply.

No. You can't. You'll have to get a railed carry handle in order to use a red dot/scope
