I have an ECHO 1 M4 but the stock is loose and i dont know how to tighten it. also how would i fix the m4 barrel wobble?

Pull down on the sliding assembly(stock) and pull rearward to remove the stock. Then at the end there should be a cap with a set screw on the underside. That should reveal what lies below:
