okay, I just got a new glock 19 for christmas and I finally got some green gas for it. I charged it first time and it worked great no probs, now every time I fire the first shot the gas starts leaking, and I have to pull back on the slide just barely to get the leak to stop, can anyone help me?

I have a glock 19 and I had the same problem (mine is the kwa glock 19). Pull the slide back and look under it. There should be a screw in the very back. Tighten it and that should fix your problem. When you use the gun alot the screw will come loose and it will leak gas. Try putting lock tight in there and that should fix your problem permantely.

is lock tight something else or is it just screwing down really tight?? thanks for the help

Go to a hradware store and ask someone for blue locktight. Its a glue of sorts. You put it on the threads of screws you dont want to come out. And it works great.

Yes, Get blue if you intend to take it apart in the future. If you get red lock tight you'll have to put heat to it to break it loose.

okay, I work at home depot, only know plumbing, not the hardware stuff and so I asked someone and they said I shouldnt do it cause it could damage the gun...

No, it will be fine. If Glenn advises it, it probably means he's already done it and it works.

Ya you will be just fine going with "Blue Loktite" I use it all the time on my guns to keeps little screws and BIG screws in place and from backing out.
