Quick question about shaving a mag. What do i use to do it and where do i do it? (serious answers please) Thanks in advance.

you have to be way more specific than that. We don't know what you are trying to accomplish ultimately. What type of magazine and what platform. For all we know you could be asking about a literary magazine.

Whoops, sorry bout that. The platform is the m4 mags, specifically the s arms ones. They fit a little too tightly in the mag well. My rifle is (i believe) a CA m4 base (it was mike d's rifle before).

I have never shaved them. Just always let them where in, they will after time. Unless the fit is so tight you cant even get the mags to feed properly then you should. If you still want too shave them make light shaving motions witha sharp knife on the mag. Take off just enough to let it fit. You dont want them to wobble to much.
