Does anyone know or have experience 1st hand with krylon flat paint on real guns? Can the paint withstand the heat from the guns?

yea it works well, stays on pretty good unless your beating it to death, as far as heat goes if your putting a good amount of rounds through your firearm, the barrel will change color. i have seen painted barrels turn a red/pink shade. if you want to prevent this from happening i would say paint the barrel with a heat resistant coat that matches the Krylon you are using.
